Replayability NGS2 and DmC1,3, and 4 have my vote. They are also much more challenging. They are also different types of Action games. DMC isn't a hack n Slash. I would definitely play GoW 3 though, just keep in mind that they went balls to the wall on all the fights so the scale is gonna be insane (perfect capstone to the trilogy).
